Manor Farm Barn, Crowell
We purchased an old farm barn in a beautiful location with outline planning consent. We then gained further consent to demolish the barn for it to be replaced with a new build barn built in a traditional style consisting of four houses and two flats with beautiful countryside views.
The Sidings, Bourne End
We had a small and challenging parcel of land left over from a previous scheme in Bourne End. After several design iterations, we successfully managed to achieve planning consent for three, two bedroom flats.
Heatherfield Place, Sonning common
We purchased this site without planning consent and with no proper access. We managed to negotiate a new access across third party land from a neighbouring road. This enabled us to submit a plan for nine new build houses. The scheme was very successful and was completed in Spring 2021.
Abbeville Mews, London
We purchased this modern style mews office unit in late with the intention of converting it into a single residential dwelling.
The project was completed in nine months, on time and on budget. The interior design work was undertaken by Wrapped.
Harvist Road, London
We undertook the redevelopment of a ground floor flat in Queens Park, North London for a private client. This was one of our first projects and the client had very exacting standards, which was a very good learning curve on how to finish buildings with precision, and is something we try to achieve in all our developments today.
We think you'll agree the end result was exceptional, so much so, that Dua Lipa (pop-star) ended up buying the flat.
